Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within [1–3 business days] after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not normally processed on weekends or public holidays.

During sales, holidays, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update.

Shipping Delays

Gadget Rush is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Incorrect Shipping Information

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at GadgetRush@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details.

International Orders

If international shipping is available, the customer may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are generally outside Gadget Rush's control.
